When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training in 2017 because it’s what the voices told me to do.

What ranks and titles have you held? 2x KOTC amateur bantamweight champion. 3x A1 Combat bantamweight champion. 100% finish rate. Multiple-time Dean’s List in college.

Do you have any heroes? No. I've always rooted for the villains.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It would mean my future is unfolding as planned. I will revel in the opportunity to fight under the UFC’s name but, in the end, it’s the same job.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes, I just obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Nevada Reno in 2022.

What was your job before you started fighting? I still work as a barista. I had plans of becoming a firefighter before I got this opportunity.

Accomplishments in amateur competition? Undefeated, 100% finish rate, 2x KOTC champion, 2021 IKF Muay Thai tournament champion.
